These look really yummy but your body runs on carbs and calories. By eating food like this, you're depriving your body from what it needs to stay energized throughout the day. You'll be reaching for the caffeine and sugar b/c you're not giving your body what it wants. This is also going to result in a hardcore binge down the line. Definitely make these couple times a week but double the portion sizes and add carbs!!
