It is highly possible that taking a bath late at night may lead to an increase in blood pressure (BP), which may be a risk for patients with cardiovascular diseases, especially in those with hypertension. However, the difference in the effect of bathing warm water as against bathing cold water on BP is yet unclear.

I have been doing this 14 yrs and I'm still alive. Lots of people that I knew they never do this and already dead now!

How can having a shower cause sudden death? This sound like BS to me.

Best time is 1-3 hours after dinner: 6-7 pm?? When the heck do you eat dinner? I am hardly back from the office...

I can assure you, believe this sht. I always take bath around 12am coz i got used to it and I died just yesterday.
