Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen shakes hands with visiting H.E. Mr. Tran Dai Quang, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, before their meeting at Phnom Penh’s Peace Palace this afternoon.

After the talks, both leaders preside over the handover-receiving ceremony of a US$1 million building of Vocational Training School in Prey Veng province donated by the Vietnamese president.

Mr. Tran Dai Quang was elected as Vietnam’s new president to replace Mr. Truong Tan Sang in April 2016. Prior to his election, Mr. Tran Dai Quang served as Minister of Public Security, a position he had held since 2011.
